South East Cornwall Hospitality and Tourism School @ St Mellion
In 2009 the South East Cornwall Learning Partnership was formed, constituted from St Mellion international Resort and the five local secondary level schools of Saltash, Liskeard, Callington, Looe & Torpoint, alongside Cornwal College Saltash. The aim was to create a school of hospitality and tourism at St Mellion International Resort, providing specialised industry learning for 14 - 19 year olds. Planning was approved in July 2011 with building work due for completion in early 2012. In the meantime, students will begin their studies, using the facilities onsite at the regions schools and colleges.
The Foundation Science Degree in Tournament Golf
This new Foundation Degree has been designed for the talented amateur who wants to take their performance and ability to the next level. Developed by St Mellion, Duchy College and University of Plymouth to give amateurs a detailed knowledge of the skills required both on and off the course to be a successful tournament golfer
