The award winning food shows great flair and imagination, using the very finest local ingredients, carefully selected with our local partners. Meat from Scorrier near Redruth, Lamb from Launceston and fresh fruit and vegetables from the Tamar Valley are all combined to create delicious flavoursome dishes with a wonderful balance and depth of flavour.
The An Boesti wine list offers superb quality and value, eschewing the big brands for more boutique vineyards and wineries as well as ensuring the cellar is well stocked with some traditional favourites. Our wine dinners are renowned, held throughout the year and supported by the winemakers themselves; they are a great opportunity to enjoy wonderful wine and food as well as great company.
Sure An Boesti is our posh restaurant, but at St Mellion we are diligently relaxed and unstuffy. The dress code is distinctly informal…even the langoustines don't wear tails.
