After a breakfast, arrive at St Mellion and be greeted by our friendly Spa team for a walk around the facilities to familiarise yourself with the opportunities of the day ahead. Begin to unwind as you keep yourself cosy with our luxurious robes and comfy slippers. Perhaps have a mid-morning swim to get the body stimulated, and allow the mind to start to relax, a sauna to cleanse the body and then time for your Elemis journey to start.
Lie back and enjoy the Spa Day of your choice from a Detox & Re-Energise to a Spa Escape or Mum-to-be, each package is dedicated to making your day special.
The Bewdern Brasserie then offers the ideal lunchtime location where you can enjoy a 2 course lunch with serene views over the Cornish countryside. After lunch while away the hours in our Health Club as you so wish, but don't forget to round off your day with a few bubbles in both the spa pool and in the glass!!!
