There are two main restaurant outlets, with separate bars and lounges. Menus range from simple snacks and comfort food to more upscale dining options. As one might expect in a resort such as St Mellion, room service is also available along with in lodge dining, perfect for relaxing with friends.

Our superbly appointed a la carte restaurant - An Boesti (Cornish for ‘restaurant’) offers guests a fine dining experience, using locally sourced, fresh produce, beautifully presented by our Head Chef and his accomplished team. If looking for a more relaxed, informal atmosphere The Bewdern Brasserie is just the place!
We offer a selection of freshly prepared, traditional and contemporary Cornish fayre including pasties, West Country cream teas and fine Cornish ales.
The Bewdern Brasserie, over looking the magnificent 18th Green on the Jack Nicklaus International Course is the ideal venue for the whole family or for golfers to re-live the day’s highlights.
The Nicklaus Bar is a magnificent golfers ‘19th hole’ celebrating the man who designed our signature golf course – Jack Nicklaus. View the drama unfold on the 18th green and marvel at the achievements of golf’s greatest ever player in warm and friendly surroundings.
