St Mellion offers superb leisure facilities, whether for the committed health and fitness fanatic, the individual looking for a sense of well being or indeed the family who just want to relax and have fun together.
The swimming pool complex
There are three swimming pools, allowing everyone to enjoy the facilities exactly as they want to. The 25m pool provides a dedicated exercise environment for lane swimming, even down to its 29 degree temperature setting. Alongside this the warmer free form leisure and children’s pools provide a perfect space for family enjoyment. There is also a spa pool, steam room and sauna.
Gymnasium
The gym facilities at St Mellion offer the latest in cardio vascular equipment, with over 40 pieces of new kit in the past year and a full television and music suite. In addition there is a new weight training gym with a range of specific cable machines, a Smith Machine and free weights up 45Kg units complete with EZ bars.
Studios and Classes
St Mellion offers many different levels and types of exercise to suit all tastes. In our sprung floor and air conditioned Dance Studio participate in the original barbell class BTS BODYPUMP™, leave yourself feeling centred and calm with BTS BODYBALANCE™. Alternatively, join in with Circuits, Freestyle Step and Aerobics, amongst others. In Studio 2 participate in energetic Group Indoor Cycling classes and in the pool have fun and work out with Aqua Aerobics. Elemis Spa

Crèche
Essential for those with younger children, the crèche at St Mellion is staffed by a fully trained team and can take children from birth up to 12 years old. It is also Ofsted registered, offering parents complete peace of mind.
