We offer a fantastic range of exercise classes in our fully equipped exercise studio & separate spin bike studio. Our classes will inspire you to explore new training styles and techniques, while keeping you motivated with other like-minded members of all ages & abilities.
Booking for classes can take place 7 days in advance and is recommended to avoid disappointment. Classes are suitable for 16 years and over and of all levels of fitness and abilities (unless stated).
