No.18 Brasserie offers relaxed, contemporary all-day dining. Our Executive Chef has put together a tasty menu offering a range of nibbles, light bites, stone-baked pizzas, delicious cakes, Cornish Cream Teas and other sweet treats, along with a fully stocked bar and both Sky Sports & BT Sport channels available.

An Boesti Restaurant offers a more formal setting, An Boesti is a popular choice for evening dining and our delicious Sunday Carvery's, with stunning views overlooking the golf course. Please check with Reception for current opening times.

The Nicklaus Bar offers a selection of lite bites, a fully stocked bar, pool table and both Sky Sports & BT Sport channels with great views over the 18th hole of the Nicklaus Course. This is a firm favourite amongst our guests.

We strongly recommended making a table reservation for lunch, dinner & the Sunday Carvery to avoid any disappointment.

St. Mellion Estate offers an exceptional golfing experience. The Nicklaus Signature Course is not for the faint hearted and you will leave the 18th green feeling nothing but admiration for the course and the man behind it's awesome design. The Kernow Resort Course should by no means be disregarded as just a second course...it's framed fairways, interesting water hazards and thoughtful design make it delightful challenge for any level of golfer.
