The Fitness Suite

The extensive and spacious gym at St. Mellion is spread out over two rooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and airy environment in which to exercise, with inspiring views over the Cornish countryside to be enjoyed whilst working out.

The main CV area of the Fitness Suite features the extensive Matrix fitness system with more than 30 pieces of cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, steppers, upright and reclining bikes.

The separate Resistance Suite features strength and resistance training equipment by leading brand Matrix. This area of the gym offers a good selection of free weights, chest, shoulder and back machines for muscle toning, cardiovascular and resistance training. Along side this is the functional fitness zone with TRX, Boxing Unit, Kettlebells and BOSU balance balls to complement the other facilities.
